Fran Robinson worked in office administration for many years before becoming self employed. She has been a tenant-custodian since 2005 in a "stand-alone" property. She has had very good service from the National Trust in the South West, who have genuinely tried to sort out very difficult damp problems in the property.
She has recently joined TANT hoping to encourage the National Trust to extend the good service she has received to all its tenant-custodians and to encourage the National Trust to appreciate the money, time and effort its tenant-custodians put in to look after their properties. As a sign of that appreciation, she thinks that all tenant-custodians should be full members of the National Trust.
She is also interested in developing the idea of tenant-custodians being able to move house within the properties owned by the National Trust and thinks that this should be managed by TANT - not a property company.
